Direct Sleep Clinic Referral Process

To begin getting diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea a signed GP referral is recommended. Once you have this, contact us to book your referral consult. We accept any referrals or click the link below to download a copy of the Direct Sleep Clinic referral form.

This is a 15 - 20 minute appointment where we go through all the paperwork required to check your Medicare eligibility for sleep study funding. Please bring your signed referral from your GP, Medicare card and details of any medication you take regularly. Your $50 out of pocket fee (which covers the next three appointments) is payable at this consult.

When you come in for your sleep study appointment we will attached the At Home Sleep Study device to you and explain the process for returning the device the following day.
